Terms of Service for AccAllWise

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any services, info products, or goods offered by AccAllWise (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Our wise accounting solutions for enterprises include professional support, consulting, and ongoing guidance tailored to your organization. All services are provided under the terms described herein.

2.1 Cancellations and Transfers

Clients may cancel or transfer scheduled services up to 48 hours before the confirmed date. Requests must be submitted via our contact form or by calling +14166614243.

2.2 Service Fees

Fees are due prior to commencement. If service delivery has not begun, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Once delivery begins, all fees are final and non-refundable, due to the tailored nature of the engagement.

3. Digital Products

Digital materials such as guides, templates, and tutorials (info products) are available for download after purchase.

3.1 Access and Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use purchased info products for your internal operations.

3.2 Refund Policy

Requests for a refund of an info product must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any download activity. After download or access is detected, all sales are final.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items offered by AccAllWise include books, planners, and branded materials.

4.1 Eligibility for Replacement

If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional charge, subject to availability.

4.2 Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for securing appropriate packaging and shipping items sent back to AccAllWise at 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada.

5. Refund Processing

All approved refund requests will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the funds.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
